STEP 1: THE ASSESSMENT
The ULC team uses this questionnaire tool to pinpoint your immediate needs and to give us a better idea of your challenges and strengths. Based on the results, we might even connect you with one of our partners for a better fit. Click the link below to get started.
STEP 2: FOLLOW-UP CALL
Once we have reviewed your assessment, one of our team members will contact you to schedule a follow-up Zoom call. During this 45-minute call, the ULC, you, and your team will dive deeper into understanding and addressing your immediate ministry needs.
STEP 3: REVIEW YOUR PLAN
The ULC team will create a two- to three-step plan that may incorporate consulting, cohorts, and/or certifications. We will review this plan with you and your team. Collaborating with your feedback, together we will determine your next steps.
