ACCELERATOR
HANDS-ON LEARNING EXPERINCE
The Leadership Development Accelerator offers a three-session on-site leadership development experience where your team will be introduced to the Church Engagement Model with hyper-focus on GROW and MULTIPLY. Each session takes place at three different times throughout the year in Gilbert AZ, with scheduled weekly check-ins for accountability. The team leader (often the lead pastor) brings three to five ministry leaders to participate in this collaborative learning experience. Your team joins several other congregational teams as one cohort. Between each session, the Accelerator faculty will check in with your team to promote accountability and provide inspiration and encouragement.

The Leadership Development Accelerator helps churches pinpoint where they might be stuck and then learn how to develop high-potential leaders that build the highest levels of leadership. By focusing on strategies and processes that identify and develop ministry leaders, teams can continually test and improve their models, knowing their efforts will result in Kingdom expansion.
Cost
Our mission at the Unite Leadership is to provide an extremely affordable and convenient learning experience. This in-person event will be held in Gilbert AZ. A team of three can join us for this year long experience for $2950 where some meals will be provided. Bring additional team members for $950 each. Register today to reserve your spot.
