CERTIFICATION & CONTINUED EDUCATION
The Unite Leadership Collective understands how time-consuming and costly it can be to further your theological and leadership education. Therefore, we have partnered with Kairos University and Luther House of Study (LHOS) to bring affordable and accelerated education on your path to becoming a Shepherd, Evangelist, or Executive Director in your local congregation.
Kairos University and the ULC will partner students with three mentors (Faculty, Ministry and Personal mentors) who will help design your outcome-based learning experience. Through Kairos University, an ATS accredited seminary, LHOS offers a revolutionary approach to delivering a solid Lutheran education for individuals entering into congregational ministry.

ULC & KAIROS UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIP PROVIDES SEVERAL UNIQUE HIGHER-ED THEOLOGICAL DISTINCTIVES
Hyper-situational learning led by a student's mentor team that prepares students to preach and hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ while grounded in Lutheran theology.
Outcome based learning experience that utilizes projects as well as online classroom experiences (traditional and non-traditional learning models) to prove competency and mastery at each level. It's not about what you learn as much as it is about how you successfully implement your learning in your context.
Amazing affordability - students pay $300 a month for a fully-accredited MA or MDIV degree. This is roughly a fourth of the cost of a traditional MA or MDIV. This also allows students to learn at their own pace.
The ULC Shepherd pathway invites students into the MDiv or MA Counseling program, which normally takes three years to complete and range from $12,000-$15,000. The ULC MDiv Shepherds pathway prepares you for pastoral leadership and could be used by the church in a variety of ways, such as student pastors, bi-vocational pastors of micro-churches or multi-site churches or full-time vocational ministry. The ULC MA Counseling Shepherd is
theologically-informed psychologically trained to work in the fields of marriage & family therapy and mental health counseling. The Shepherd pathway is for those who have a desire to spiritually care for and disciple the local church for greater missional expansion.

Evangelist
Master of Arts
The ULC Evangelist pathway invites students into an MA in Missional Theology through the Kairos Project. This pathway normally takes two years to complete and will range in cost from $8,000 to $11,000. ULC Evangelists are used bi-vocationally by the local church to identify communities or people groups where the Gospel has not gone. They will strategize on how to meet felt needs and help plant new churches to bring the Gospel to as many as possible.
Executive Director
Master of Arts
The ULC Executive Director pathway invites students into an MA through the Kairos Project. This pathway normally takes two years to complete and will range in cost from $8,000 to $11,000. ULC Executive Directors is a pathway reserved for business-minded leaders who desire to grow theologically and help the local church systematically strategize to expand God's kingdom. Some Executive Directors will serve bi-vocationally. Others will serve full-time to help Shepherds and Evangelists wisely execute their vision.
